Welcome to ADX AI. By accessing or using our services, APIs, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Account Registration

You must create an account to use ADX AI. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and maintaining account integrity.

2. Usage Policy

You agree not to use ADX AI for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes.

•You will not generate or distribute content that is pornographic, violent, hateful, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
•API keys are personal and must not be shared or resold without written permission.

3. Credit System

•Credits represent your usage capacity.
•One credit allows one image generation request (prompt).
•Credits expire after 60 days unless otherwise stated.
•ADX AI reserves the right to suspend accounts that misuse credits or exploit the system.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

•All payments are handled securely through authorized payment partners.
•Subscription renewals occur automatically unless canceled prior to the billing date.
•Taxes and applicable charges (like GST) will be added as per Indian law.

5. Intellectual Property

•You retain ownership of your prompts and generated images, except in cases of violation of these terms.
•ADX AI retains the right to use anonymized, non-personalized data to improve model performance.
•You are solely responsible for ensuring your generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

ADX AI will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from service use, downtime, or data loss.

8. Termination

ADX AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for misuse, payment failure, or breach of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
